Are you a hands-on IT manager with deep technical knowledge and a strong grasp of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a manufacturing environment? This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

The RoleAs Head of Systems/IT Manager, you'll be both technically involved and strategically minded-responsible for managing a sizable IT environment while ensuring robust, high-performing IT services. Crucially, you'll bring SME-level expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO), supporting and maintaining these systems in a live manufacturing setting.

You must have a strong understanding of how the systems fit together and how to support them operationally. This is a hands-on position, not one for someone who has moved entirely into management, and also plays a vital role in managing complex stakeholder relationships, you'll manage competing priorities, high expectations, and challenging change management.
