The Role

As Head of Sustainability, you will set the strategic direction for the consultancy’s Energy & Sustainability services, ensuring best-in-class delivery for clients across multiple sectors.

This is a senior leadership position that blends strategy, technical expertise, and people leadership.

You will:

• Define and lead the consultancy’s sustainability and decarbonisation offering.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of energy and sustainability specialists.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
• Oversee the delivery of complex energy audits, carbon reduction roadmaps, and bespoke net-zero strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ESOS, SECR, and other regulatory frameworks while driving innovation in sustainable practices.

About You

• Significant experience in energy management, decarbonisation, or sustainability consultancy.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ESOS, SECR, net-zero commitments, ISO 50001).
• Proven success in leading teams and developing people.
• Commercial acumen with experience shaping services and growing client accounts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
