This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the future of logistics within a highly regulated, fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from warehouse management to clinic replenishment, while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and growth.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector. You’ll have a strong track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, along with hands-on experience in system implementations such as S4H. Financial fluency, especially in logistics budgeting and cost optimization, is essential. You’ll also have a firm grasp of compliance and regulatory standards like GDP and ADR. If you’re a confident communicator, a collaborative leader, and ready to drive change in a hybrid work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, hybrid role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Working initially up to 5 days onsite, then 2–3 days onsite weekly at our head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

You will:

  • Lead all local logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, planning, and clinic replenishment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across logistics activities.
  • Manage 3PL relationships and oversee local S4H implementation and stabilisation.
  • Deliver local supply chain projects to enhance capabilities and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and own local Supply Chain KPIs, reporting to the Cluster Lead.
  • Manage logistics budgeting with a focus on cost transparency and standardisation.
  • Lead S&OP processes and support cross-functional demand and budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, ADR, and other regulatory standards.
  • Promote team collaboration, safety, and represent the company with logistics authorities.
  • Coordinate closely with global supply chain and business functions.
