Key Responsibilities for the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals across all areas of spend
- Design and implement a robust, group-wide supply chain strategy that drives value and mitigates risk
- Enhance governance, transparency, and performance through process improvement and innovation
- Champion a sustainability-led approach to procurement that aligns with Novus' carbon reduction targets
- Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring best value and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with H&S and operational teams to uphold the highest safety standards across the supply chain
- Oversee the management of extensive van fleet and salary sacrifice vehicle scheme, ensuring optimal operational performance and employee experience
