This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering measurable cost savings, strengthening supplier performance, ensuring robust compliance standards, and driving operational excellence through AI, automation and data-led decision making.

You will take ownership of strategic supplier negotiations, procurement optimisation, supply planning oversight, logistics partnerships, Health & Safety compliance, and business controls.

A key part of the role will be building and delivering an AI-enabled roadmap that automates processes, improves forecasting, enhances compliance monitoring, and enables business growth without a proportional increase in headcount.

We are looking for a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in procurement and supplier management, experience within a multi-site consumer, retail, hospitality, wellbeing or service environment, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and performance.
