Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all supply chain planning activities across the Unit Dosing division, from raw materials and packaging to finished products and customers.
- Lead short and long-term supply planning managing inbound, manufacturing, and outbound capacities.
- Achieve customer service targets (minimum 95%).
- Lead demand planning, collaborating with Commercial and Finance to improve performance.
- Deliver capacity plans for manufacturing and distribution.
- Manage the IBP process at the division level.
- Implement group supply chain planning standards and optimize the network based on the Group IBP lead.
- Drive and implement group IT tools linked to SAP systems for demand and capacity planning.
- Define and review stock policies for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet business and customer needs.
- Collaborate across divisions and functions to optimize costs, cash flow, and customer service.
- Ensure purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics comply with supply plans.
- Establish and monitor supply chain planning metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Participate in external and internal initiatives as needed.
- Lead demand planning and the Master Planning team within the S&OP process.
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring training, motivation, and collaboration.
- Develop and control the divisional supply chain planning budget.
- Be prepared to visit divisional sites as required (some travel).
Key Result Areas:
- Achieve CSL level (>95%).
- Maintain raw materials and packaging stocks at target levels.
- Minimize obsolescence of raw materials and packaging.
- Maintain finished stock levels at target.
- Create business plans to reduce costs.
- Meet budget targets and manage external consultants within budget.
- Complete Performance Development Reviews on time.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:
- Degree level education.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- 10+ years in supply chain management (S&OP, Demand, SCP, IBP).
- Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural organizations.
- Experience with change management projects.
- Proficient with ERP, planning tools, and MS Office applications.
