Base pay range

This role will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the business. Our client is a fast-growing business, with global backing. The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role (ideally in a scaling up business) across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.

Our client is establishing itself within the UK & EU markets, being a big player overseas. They place a strong focus on high-quality products, promoting inclusivity, and inspiring confidence to a broad audience.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of goods.
• Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
• Analysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
• Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• Experience in managing supply chains within the FMCG industry, ideally within an SME environment.
• Experience across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

• Up to c.£90,000 (experience dependent) plus 10% STIP and package.
