A fast-growing and mission-driven HealthTech company operating in the reproductive health space is looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain (EMEA) to lead regional supply chain strategy, execution, and optimization.

The Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering a high-performing, cost-efficient, and scalable supply chain across the EMEA region, reporting into the US HQ.

You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and logistics teams, while managing both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading supply chain functions in a complex, regulated environment (healthtech, medtech, pharma, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and supply chain regulatory landscape
• ISO 13485 / FDA experience
• Proficiency with modern supply chain software and planning tools
