HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN & COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

As our new Head of Supply Chain & Commercial Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind how products move, teams perform, and data delivers. You'll lead planning, stock optimisation, and commercial operations to ensure we stay agile, compliant, and customer-focused.

Your impact:

• Lead a high-performing team, including supply managers and commercial ops.
• Drive availability and optimise inventory using Slimstock.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance supply planning with commercial goals.
• Own system improvement initiatives, ensuring stock and compliance KPIs are met.
• Be the go-to expert for regulatory readiness, process improvement, and operational excellence.

What you bring:

• Proven leadership in supply chain roles with budget accountability.
• Deep understanding of forecasting, planning systems (Slimstock preferred), and regulatory environments.
• Experience in the dental, medical or pharma industry preferred.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to resolve issues fast.
