Job summary

Furniture manufacturer and fit-out specialist is seeking a strategic Head of Supply Chain to own end-to-end operations, including procurement, supplier management, inventory, and production planning. You will lead a high-performing team, drive improvements, and report on KPIs to deliver efficient, cost-effective results.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and a commercial mindset, with experience in manufacturing or furniture environments.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Track record of improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing performance.
• Qualifications such as CIPS, APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or a related degree would be advantageous.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or furniture environments.

Are you an experienced Supply Chain leader looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact?

We're seeking a commercially mindedHead of Supply Chain to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations for a well-established and growing furniture manufacturer and fit-out specialist. Supporting both stocked product ranges and bespoke furniture projects, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the entire supply chain function, leading procurement, supplier performance, inventory management, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be responsible for:
