We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to bring their knowledge and skills to an SME aiming to develop and improve its supply chain strategy by adding a key player to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing direct reports across various teams and an indirect team
• Day-to-day supply chain management including costs, tracking, pricing, freight times, stock control, and delivery
• Delivering exceptional service to vendors and maintaining high standards
• Optimizing supply chain strategy and functionality through new data and technology systems
• Sourcing from the Far East and selling to a varied vendor base
• Managing e-commerce, wholesale, and retail deliveries

What we're looking for:

Industry experience is flexible! Whether you've managed supply chains for pens, food, toys, household goods, or teddy bears, your skills and attitude could be a great fit. However, the non-negotiables are:

• Experience sourcing from the Far East
• Tech and data savvy
• Driven attitude with motivation to drive change and profit

Desirable:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon/Ebay
• Experience working with major retailers or wholesalers
