Job summary

Ace Grading in Banbury, Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior Head of Studio to own the content and creative strategy across YouTube, social, paid, CRM, web and events. You will lead Ace’s in‑house Brand and Content Studio, setting standards and building a scalable team that can deliver high‑volume, high‑quality output.

You translate verbal briefs from the Head of Marketing and Directors into campaign ideas, establish repeatable formats, and supervise production—while staying hands‑on in copy, design

Qualifications

• Senior content leader with track record of building high-output in-house studios.
• Experience across YouTube, TikTok, paid media, CRM and events.
• Strong background in copy, design, video and editorial disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate briefs from senior stakeholders into campaign ideas.
• Experience scaling a studio while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own ACE’s content strategy and creative output across channels.
• Lead and develop the Brand and Content Studio teams.
• Plan capacity, prioritisation and workflow to scale volume.
• Direct shoots, edits and design work when needed.
• Collaborate with Growth and Channels to optimise performance.
