Overview

The Head of Structured, UK Capital Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our structured reinsurance offerings. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in the reinsurance market, capable of crafting bespoke solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. The successful candidate will drive growth, foster client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reinsurance services.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead the development and execution of structured reinsurance strategies tailored to the UK market.
  • Understand clients' business needs and apply knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market to identify and arrange suitable reinsurance coverage and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative capital solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the UK Capital Solutions team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
About you

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
