Job summary

Cranleigh School is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to act as the Head’s senior partner, translating strategy into clear, affordable, deliverable action. This role will drive strategic development, including ambitious estates projects and expanding Cranleigh’s international footprint, while safeguarding UK operations and finances.

The CSO will lead planning, finance, estates, commercial activity and IT, reporting to the Head and, via the Finance Committee, to the Governors.

• Lead planning, finance, estates, commercial activity and IT to support growth and efficiency.
• Drive next phase of strategic development including estates projects and international expansion.
