Our Strategy Realisation Office (SRO) for EMEA is seeking an experienced project management leader to oversee our SRO team and lead major commercial and strategic projects.

The Role:

The Head of Strategy Deployment and Execution is responsible for planning, deploying, and executing the region's strategic initiatives. This involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving value creation, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.

This role reports to the Senior Director of EMEA Delivery and is part of the delivery Leadership Team, managing a team of project managers. It requires a passionate leader who can influence, drive, and embed change across the region and organization.

Key Objectives:

• Develop best-in-class project management capabilities.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure scope, time, and cost targets are met with quality and benefits realization.
• Support strategic planning, prioritization, and business case development.
• Attract and develop high-performing talent.
• Remove barriers to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to strategy deployment and execution teams.
• Challenge senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic outcomes.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and expected outcomes.

Value Realization:

• Drive value and benefits realization for the region.
• Leverage new technology and capabilities to achieve benefits.

Risk Management:

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Performance Metrics:

• Develop metrics to measure success.
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to determine key actions and success measures.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
