Guardian News and Media Limited is seeking a Head of Strategy to shape and deliver the business plan. You will lead priority strategy projects across the organisation, partner with senior leaders and connect initiatives to the Guardian's long-term vision.
This hybrid role is based in London with three days in the Kings Cross offices and two days remote. You will monitor market trends, advise on corporate strategy and drive decision making with a strong focus on impact and stakeholder management.

We are now looking for a Head of Strategy to formulate and support Guardian News and Media business strategy. The Head of Strategic Projects will lead priority strategy projects across the organisation, and will link them to the broader vision and strategic plan of the Guardian.

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

You’ll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age). Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience
