Job summary

University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) is recruiting for the role of Head of Planning, Performance and Insight in Inverness. You will establish a Planning, Performance and Insight function to support evidence-informed decision-making across the UHI Partnership.

The post offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of strategic planning, reporting to the Director of Planning, People and Culture and the Chief Operating Officer, with a focus on driving organisational effectiveness and

Qualifications

Significant experience in strategic planning, organisational performance or related field.
Ability to provide high-quality strategic analysis for senior leaders.
Strong capability to influence across organisational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the University's approach to strategic planning, performance and institutional insight.
Develop planning and performance frameworks for across-partnership use.
Provide strategic analysis to senior leaders to inform decisions.
Build trusted relationships with colleagues across the University and Academic Partners to ensure collaborative, value-adding arrangements.
