Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop Business/People Partners, and work with other enabling services, to develop and reposition Business Partnering to work in collaboration with business leaders to successfully deliver the four-year business plan

What you will need to succeed:

  • Significant experience in HR people partnering and organisational change within a large and complex organisation
  • Proven experience in large scale redesign and effective collaboration with the wider organisation to ensure the organisation can deliver on business plans and is fit for the future
  • Proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams and deliver against continuous change and transformation, including working with other areas of HR services to enable delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, up to the most senior levels of leadership

Together, we’re the moment makers and we’re focussed on making every day the best it can be for our residents. Whatever you do here, you’ll look around and say, “I make a difference”, because we’re all creating lasting change to people’s lives in Oxfordshire. Join us on our exciting journey to shape the future together.
