This position requires a proven strategic business partner as your leadership will be critical to embedding the new operating model within the HR and Cultural Change service which goes live in June, whilst also enabling our senior leaders to achieve change by redesigning their services, driving performance and improving services, ultimately delivering excellence for Oxfordshire residents.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract position paying £83,025 – 93,275, depending on experience, and is a hybrid role based in Oxford.
