Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in pharma/biotech/related quantitative work with a relevant advanced degree.
• Proven expertise in innovative trial design, modelling, simulation, predictive analytics and data mining.
• Strong understanding of estimands, missing data, multiplicity, bias and confounding in clinical development.
• Experience leading specialist quantitative teams and driving delivery across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Statistical Innovation within Biometry, defining strategy, priorities and capability building for a 3–5 person team.
• Provide guidance on adaptive, Bayesian, enrichment, external-control and master protocol designs.
• Develop simulation frameworks to assess operating characteristics and assist go/no-go decisions.
• Communicate complex statistical outputs to senior leadership to inform development strategy and portfolio decisions.
