Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical development, biometry, data science, and regulatory teams to ensure robust, regulatory-ready methodologies.

The role emphasizes the development of reusable tools, external engagement, and upskilling within Biometry to sustain high-impact use cases and portfolio value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with PhD or MS/MSc.
• Expert in trial design, modelling, simulation, analytics and data mining.
• Experience leading quantitative teams and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Statistical Innovation strategy and a 3–5 person team.
• Advise on adaptive, Bayesian, enrichment, external-control, master protocol designs.
• Develop simulation frameworks to optimize sample size and decision rules.
• Lead advanced modelling across development and evidence generation.
• Communicate outputs to senior stakeholders; build external networks.
