You will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy across all indirect categories, drive measurable commercial value, and manage a high-performing team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build and shape a growing sourcing function with visibility across the senior leadership in the organisationKey Responsibilities:* Lead, coach, and develop a team of category managers and procurement specialists.
