Job Description:

Overview: Remote role with weekly travel for meetings. The Head of Solution Support will lead the Application Support team, ensuring effective management and support of business applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate availability and functionality of critical business solutions.
  2. Provide 2nd/3rd level application support to users.
  3. Manage third-party vendors to meet support requirements.
  4. Maintain documentation and support processes.
  5. Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams to understand support needs.
  6. Develop and support business applications as part of the IT service continuity plan.
  7. Serve as main contact for escalated system incidents.
