Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading software development teams in enterprise environments.

This is a critical role for someone passionate about driving technical delivery, enabling cross-team collaboration, and modernising enterprise systems at scale. This role is remote with occasional office visits.

You'll work closely with product, architecture, and delivery leads to shape the future of omnichannel retail technology—ensuring teams build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems that enhance customer and colleague experience.
