Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, community building, and digital innovation? We’re looking for a Head of Social Media to lead the brand’s voice across all platforms, driving both organic engagement and paid campaign performance.

What you'll do

As Head of Social Media, you’ll shape and execute a bold, data-driven strategy that brings our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond.

You’ll:

  • Lead the development of integrated paid and organic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee content creation that’s on-brand, on-trend, and platform-appropriate.
  • Monitor sentiment and manage reputation, including crisis response and escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with PR, legal, and customer service teams to ensure consistent, responsive communication.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing social media team.
  • Use analytics to measure impact, optimise performance, and demonstrate ROI.

What you'll bring
