Distribution and connections

As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure. Our team installs and maintains distribution networks, ensuring reliable connections for customers through electrical planned work, customer connections, and network reinforcement. You’ll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, sharing learnings across the Group to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.

What will you be doing?

Are you ready to lead in SHEQ? As Head of SHEQ Distribution & Connections, you’ll oversee improvements across Energy Distribution & Connections contracts nationwide. You’ll guide our SHEQ team with strategic advice, manage risks, and drive key improvements, including audits, incident investigations, and shaping best practices. Providing expert advice and support to all the Energy SHEQ teams, you’ll also develop and implement business improvements across D&C. This role is remote with travel, so a Full UK Driving Licence is required. Does this sound like your next role?
