Damen Services is seeking a Head of Services UK based in Southampton to lead the integrated UK operation following the IME acquisition, driving performance and customer relations.

You will oversee about 40 staff, develop the organization, and deliver safe, efficient, and profitable service operations across the UK market.

Lead the next phase of growth for Damen Services UK

Following the recent acquisition of IME Repair services Ltd, Damen Services is building an integrated UK service organization with approximately 40 employees. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Services UK to lead the business through its next stage of growth. Reporting to the Area Service Manager Europe, you will have overall responsibility for business performance, operational delivery, customer relationships and organisational development across our UK operations. You will be primarily based at the office in Southampton.
