Overview

Neway International has a vacancy for a Head of Service to join our client based with Birmingham Children's Trust. As Head of Service, you'll lead and manage a key service area—whether city-wide (e.g. Fostering, Adoption, MASH) or area-based (e.g. Safeguarding, Children in Care). You'll work closely with the Assistant Director to shape strategic priorities, drive performance, and foster collaborative partnerships that deliver real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise up to 9 Team Managers, ensuring high-quality social work practice
  • Develop strategic business plans aligned with Trust priorities
