Job description

Job Title: Head of Service Youth Justice Service

Contract Length: 24.0 months

Employment Type: Contract

Rate: 550 Umbrella

Work Arrangements: On-site 3 days per week minimum

Role Overview: As the Head of Service Youth Justice Service, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing integrated services across MASH, Youth Justice, Edge of Care, and Early Help. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a cohesive and child-centered approach, while also driving transformational change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop integrated services across various departments
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding thresholds and multi-agency working
  • Implement youth offending legislation and diversion strategies
  • Identify and respond to extra-familial harm and drive multi-agency disruption
  • Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver joined-up services
  • Use data and quality assurance frameworks to drive service improvement
Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
