Job Title: Head of Service Vulnerable Adolescents

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our Social Care Leadership Team in Trafford. Our goal is to ensure children, families, practitioners, and managers benefit from high-quality relationships and effective interventions that empower change.

The Head of Service will oversee our Youth Justice Service, Complex Safeguarding Service, and Youth Engagement Service. Following recent positive inspections, we aim to further develop our Youth Justice Business Plan and strengthen our teams.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in improving practice and service delivery to children and families, with a focus on relational approaches. The role involves setting the vision alongside the Director of Children’s Social Care, managing managers and practitioners, and ensuring high standards and positive outcomes.
