Job Overview
Project fulfillment shall define the project execution strategy in order to deliver SER projects on time, with customer satisfaction, and within budget, applying operations processes, EHS and quality systems, operating models and tools, throughout OTR. The role directly oversees Project Management and Contract Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop structures, tools, processes, operating models and rhythms for project management.
- Define, maintain and execute project risk and opportunities processes, including implementation of tools and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide contract excellence and expertise, working with customers, partners and subcontractors to execute projects.
- Manage claims, vendor recoveries, insurance, bonds and cash recovery.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support sales pacing while respecting revenue recognition rules.
- Conduct project portfolio reviews.
- Support project execution and facilitate contact with Sales within the Region.
- Monitor margin deviations and obtain approval.
- Manage risk and opportunities.
- Handle cash collection (overdues, retention).
- Maintain consistency, alignment, and efficiency across all direct departments.
- Reinforce PM competencies through individual development and regular reviews.
- Ensure continuous communication and delivery alignment across all departments, including workshops.
- Improve contract management and reinforce strong rules of engagement about terms & conditions of contracts.
- Track main KPIs: quarterly sales, margins, cash‑in, finished goods, request kept, order overdues, recovery of direct hours, quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Technical graduate degree in production technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or completed technician education in industry/electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Significant and demonstrated years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility.
- Knowledge of ERP processes.
- Product knowledge of high‑voltage products, especially circuit breakers, hybrid switchgears and instrument transformers.
- Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking.
- High sensitivity to corporate and leadership culture.
- Personal responsibility, creativity, willingness, and goal orientation.
- High communication skills and social skills.
- Understanding and interpretation of business key performance indicators.
- Advanced communication skills: spoken and written English required (additional languages advantageous).
- Presentation skills in English, other languages a plus.
- Reliable behaviour towards internal and external business partners.
- Secure interpretation of regulations, standards and specifications.
- Secure handling of SAP (focus on Project Management and Engineering).
- User knowledge of CODEBASE time attendance.
- Significant knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
