Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Head of Service Development for Unitas in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on designing and delivering a scalable, technology-enabled operating model to support growth across products, jurisdictions and client segments.

You will lead major change initiatives, collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product and Technology, and drive adoption of scalable platforms to improve data integrity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fund services, custody, nominee structures, investment platform operations, technology-enabled operating model transformation and private markets/alt assets.
• Proven track record delivering change, transformation, or platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments, including AML, client assets and investor lifecycle.
• Experience working across operations, technology, compliance, and product teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operational design.

• Lead the design and delivery of the Unitas operating model transformation to support growth into new products, jurisdictions, and services.
