About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the NHSP Academy as we expand our services.

Role summary:

The Head of Service Delivery: Academy (Education and Training) is a senior manager overseeing the planning and delivery of high-quality education and training programs aligned with the Academy’s strategic goals.

Skills/Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational and educational strategies through data analysis, planning, and implementation.
• Lead the delivery of programs developed by the educational team.
• Matrix-manage the education and training team alongside the Head of Academic Development.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet organizational needs.
• Work with the Head of Academic Development to monitor and improve education and training effectiveness.
• Assist the Business Manager in managing related costs.

About The Candidate

• Collaborate with the Head of Academic Development to deliver quality programs suited to learners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations.
• Provide senior management guidance and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Evaluate program impact using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support strategic planning for the education and training functions.

Location: Milton Keynes or Manchester; hybrid role with travel required.

Interviews via Microsoft Teams scheduled for 1st May (first stage) and 3rd May (second stage).
