  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth
  • Develop and implement data-driven PPC strategies that maximize ROI for our clients
  • Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes
  • Manage client relationships and effectively communicate performance results and strategic recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with our web development, design, and content teams to ensure integrated digital strategies
  • Gradually build and mentor a team of SEO and paid media specialists as the service area grows
  • Set KPIs and report on performance metrics to demonstrate value and ROI to clients
Requirements & Skills

The right person is likely to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and paid media management, with demonstrable success in improving organic rankings and managing profitable paid campaigns
  • Strong hands-on technical knowledge of SEO best practices, including experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms with substantial budget responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms (preferred)

We are offering the following benefits for this position:

  • A friendly, supportive, and family-friendly working environment
  • 27 holiday days per year + Bank Holidays
  • Flexible working hours and arrangements
  • UK-based remote-first working
  • Provision of high standard equipment
