Job summary

ICS-digital is seeking a commercially minded Head of SEO to set direction and strategy for IC's SEO service line. The role drives technical/on-page SEO, content strategy, Digital PR and a link marketplace, reporting through the SEO Lead and Digital PR Lead to deliver client solutions.

The role requires strong iGaming and regulated industries experience, plus proven leadership of an agency SEO service line and deep expertise in SEO, Digital PR and AI-led search across international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable iGaming and regulated industries experience.
• Significant experience leading an SEO or organic-growth service line within an agency or complex client-service environment.
• Deep strategic knowledge of SEO, authority development and link building across technical SEO, content, international search and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Digital PR and its contribution to earned media, brand and topical authority.
• Proven experience leading through senior specialists and setting direction with clear accountability for delivery and people management.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategy, roadmap and standards for the SEO service line across technical/on-page SEO, content, Digital PR, link building and international search.
• Own marketplace and managed link-building, including standards, pricing, inventory and governance.
• Lead client conversations and support pitches/audits to differentiate solutions and ensure resourcing.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through SEO, Digital PR, marketplace and AI-led search offerings.
• Own the SEO service line's revenue, profitability and budget with cross-functional collaboration on investments.
• Lead research, testing and thought leadership aligned with IC's positioning, creating credible case studies and industry involvement.
