Role Overview
Job Title: Head of SEO
Salary: £50-70k (depending on experience) with a 4-day workweek
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 1 day WFH.
This role will see you leading our SEO team at SEOMG! You will develop the team, oversee and manage client accounts, and deliver continuous innovation of our product offerings.

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional leader to take charge of our SEO department and continue its rapid expansion. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, setting clear objectives, and driving strategic growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing forward-thinking SEO roadmaps to surpass predefined targets across a portfolio of clients. Additionally, you will improve agency profitability by refining our product offerings and streamlining processes to make common tasks more efficient. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact.
Key responsibilities:
About You
We’re seeking a driven, ambitious SEO leader with a proven track record of success. You’ll have at least seven years of SEO experience, including two years in a senior agency role, and a history of managing teams, driving data-led strategies, and executing complex projects (e.g. site architecture planning, large-scale migrations, etc.)
You excel at managing multiple clients, closing leads, and building strong relationships while delivering exceptional results. You’re methodical yet decisive, growth-focused, and highly effective at balancing project and time management.
With hands-on expertise across all areas of SEO, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a talent for mentoring others, you’ll take ownership of your work, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to the growth of the agency. Clear communication and leadership skills are a must.
