We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of SEO to lead our Organic Search channel and deliver against our AOP targets, including Net New Paying Customers (NPCs) and ARR.

In this role, you’ll manage and grow a SEO team, ensure our web domains are easily discoverable across all major search engines, and shape a content and site architecture strategy that attracts, engages, and converts high-intent visitors. You'll play a critical role in driving sustainable growth through exceptional organic performance.

Your new adventure:
  • Set and deliver the Organic Search strategy
  • Manage the budget and vendors supporting our strategy
  • Own the global channel-level KPIs (Organic Search SUs, NPCs, and NPC ARR) across all key market domains and identify opportunities in new markets
  • Manage the SEO team (7 people) across all on-page, off-page, and technical areas
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive organic growth
  • Lead in the Demand Growth team, contributing to overall NPC and ARR growth
  • Ensure web domains perform across key SEO UX and core web vital metrics
