Bertelsmann is seeking a Head of Security Operations in London to oversee security functions and lead a team of analysts. Head of Security Operations
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to join our team as the Head of Security Operations on a permanent basis in London.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Support, you’ll be accountable for running the Security Operations team and will have ownership of technical security protection systems in place here at Penguin Random House. The Head of Security Operations will work closely with the Information Security Architect and the Head of Information Security to ensure that future roadmaps address business risk and deliver against operational requirements.

Salary
The salary for this opportunity is c.£100,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.
Hybrid working
While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from the Embassy Gardens office in London 2 days per week (typically Tuesday & Wednesday) with a willingness to travel to our site in Frating, Colchester approx 1-2 times per month.
