Head of Security Consulting, Europe | Client Facing / Security | Global Security SaaS

I've partnered with one of the most exciting upcoming global security SaaS companies who are looking for a Head of Security Consulting, Europe for their Europe region. Their product specialises in attack surface management and automated red teaming. It provides organisations with real-time visibility into their attack surface and potential exploitable vulnerabilities. Simply put, it's a product & company that performs red team / pen testing / ethical hacking for their clients.

This role is split into two key parts equally (50/50):

Firstly, you'll be dealing with the company's clients & managing three internal European-based teams. On the client side, you'll be the most senior technical individual representing the company, so you'll need a strong background in security, ideally offensive security (red teaming / pen testing). You'll liaise directly with Fortune 500 / Global Banks & Insurance companies (typically speaking to CISOs), understanding their problems, delivering high-impact presentations, and gathering requirements.

Secondly, on the internal side, you'll manage three European-based teams (researchers, backend engineers building features, and pen testers), leading strategy, research, and product development—more about management and coordination than hands-on technical work.
