Position: Director at Momentum Security Recruitment

Corporate Security Manager (12-month FTC)

Salary: £negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include on-site gym, free breakfast & lunch.

Location: Central London

Hours: Monday to Friday, generally 8am – 6pm, with some flexibility required.

Role Overview

Are you a security management professional with a talent for people management? Would you like to lead the in-house security team at a blue-chip Central London location?

This 12-month Fixed Term Contract role involves providing operational and strategic leadership to a dedicated security team. Prior experience managing security teams in a corporate or hospitality environment is essential.

Candidate Criteria

• Experience managing operational security in a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop staff.
• First-class customer care skills and a passion for service excellence.
• Experience implementing security strategies, policies, and SOPs.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders positively.
• Ideally IOSH trained.
• Capability to manage Facilities Management and Health & Safety responsibilities (contractor engagement, compliance, investigations, etc.).
• Willingness to commit to a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site security to ensure a five-star service for guests, visitors, and staff.
• Lead the in-house security team.
• Conduct staff appraisals and promote staff development.
• Train and develop staff.
• Oversee Facilities Management and Health & Safety duties.
• Implement policies, SOPs, AI protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Handle incident management and response.
• Safeguard assets including people, buildings, and information.
• Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance.
• Conduct health and safety assessments.
• Assist in strategic planning of the security function.
• Oversee security systems operation.
• Collaborate with Property and Facilities teams.
• Perform risk assessments and threat analyses across the estate.
