Job summary

You will assess and report on student progress, contribute to school improvement, lead on curriculum development within the Science Faculty, supervise staff and resources, and support pastoral duties as a Form Tutor.

Responsibilities

• Teach according to students' educational needs and set/mark work as required.
• Assess, record and report on attendance, progress and attainment of students.
• Provide written/verbal feedback and use ICT to support teaching.
• Maintain high-quality learning experiences reflecting literacy, numeracy and subject specialist knowledge.
• Lead curriculum development and department planning within Science.
