Oak Learning Partnership seeks an ambitious Head of School to provide visible, day-to-day leadership of our Alternative Provision school. You will lead teaching and learning, safeguarding, behaviour and attendance, creating a calm, inclusive environment where trauma-informed approaches sit alongside high expectations.

Qualificações

• Qualified teacher with successful senior leadership experience.
• Strong safeguarding and SEND understanding.
• Ability to motivate teams with warmth and accountability.
• Experience with trauma‑informed and relational approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible, day-to-day leadership of the Alternative Provision school.
• Oversee teaching and learning, curriculum delivery, safeguarding, behaviour and attendance.
• Lead school improvement and ensure high-quality, personalised education for pupils.
• Develop and support staff and build partnerships with families, referring schools and external agencies.
