Working in close partnership with our Executive Headteacher, you will play a central role in leading school improvement, nurturing high-quality teaching, and empowering every child to thrive—academically, socially, and spiritually. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two schools committed to high standards, inclusive values, and a distinctive Christian ethos. • Is committed to developing both pupils and staff through a culture of high expectations, care and collaboration
  • Will uphold and promote the Christian character of both schools
  • Can lead with confidence in the strategic integration of technology, including the implementation of iPads to enhance teaching, learning and pupil engagement

In return, we offer:

  • The chance to lead with impact across two welcoming and ambitious schools
  • A supportive Executive Headteacher and committed trust leadership
  • Access to professional development, leadership coaching and trust-wide networks
  • Pupils who are enthusiastic, polite and eager to learn
  • A real opportunity to make a lasting difference in a faith-led, child-centred environment
