Job description

The Head of School Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Rosemead Preparatory School and Nursery. They will work closely with the Head, the senior leadership team, and the Group’s central business partners in Finance, People Operations, Digital Services, Estates, and Health & Safety. The role involves collaborating with the central professional services teams to establish and manage service levels effectively at the school level.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the school, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all non-teaching areas. Responsibilities include facilities management, health and safety, IT, administration, strategic planning, finance, and human resources oversight.
