The Governing Board are seeking to appoint a Head of School to work within the Federation of Guardian Angels’ and Our Lady of Lourdes RCPS to continue our journey to excellence. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the established Federation.
We are looking for strong, dynamic and inspirational Catholic leaders who:
will work collaboratively with the Executive Headteacher to lead on school improvement
is a lead practitioner in teaching with a proven track record
put children at the very heart of everything they do
works with mission integrity for the benefit of all within the school community
has a clear strategic direction
will challenge and empower staff to be the best they can be
will develop and sustain a learning culture for all across our school
will foster children’s enjoyment of learning whilst ensuring high levels of achievement
will develop the respectful and inclusive ethos of our school
have experience and knowledge of working with children with SEND
