Laleham Church of England Primary School is seeking a Head of School to lead our thriving and nurturing community. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in one of Surrey’s most respected primary schools - where Christian values, academic ambition and pupil wellbeing go hand in hand.

Our guiding Bible verse: “Christ is before all things, and in Him all things hold together” inspires our commitment to community, unity and shared purpose. We are seeking a Head of School who will live out these values.

This is an ideal post for an experienced Deputy or Assistant head who is looking for their first step into school leadership or a current Head of School/Headteacher looking to work with a supportive executive team.

We are looking for a Head of School who will:

• Lead with integrity, clarity and Christian purpose;
• Inspire staff and pupils alike through inclusive, empowering leadership;
• Champion high-quality teaching, learning and pastoral care;
• Embrace collaboration with the wider school community and Trust partners.
  
  

As Head of School, you will work in close partnership with the Instanter Learning Trust, which include The Bishop Wand Church of England School in Sunbury-upon-Thames and St Mary’s Church of England Primary School in Hampton. This partnership offers rich opportunities for professional development, collaboration across phases, and shaping an exciting 0-19 educational journey within Church of England schools.
