Job summary

Aspire Schools Trust is seeking an exceptional Head of School to lead Westgate Academy in Lincoln. You will work with the Executive Headteacher and Trust team to deliver outstanding pupil outcomes, driving teaching quality, staff development, and safeguarding across the academy.

The role requires significant senior leadership experience, QTS, and a proven ability to raise standards, foster inclusion, and build strong relationships with staff and the wider community.

About the Role

As Head of School, you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Westgate Academy.
