A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious individual to join the leadership team at a well-established Alternative Education School in Wolverhampton. What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership & Management – Experience leading teams and managing school operations.
  • Student-Centered Approach – Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Qualifications – QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable).
  • Specialist Knowledge – Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience – Background in education or equivalent sector.
  • Strong Communication – Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
