In May 2025, The London School of Architecture’s (LSA) merged with University College of Estate Management (UCEM). UCEM, a leading specialist university for the built environment, will be known as the University of the Built Environment from June 2025. The LSA will retain its name and distinct identity. Successful candidates will be employed by UCEM, working within the LSA.
We seek an exceptional leader with significant academic knowledge and practical experience to oversee the continued success of the LSA’s Part 2 (MArch in Designing Architecture) programme. The role involves delivering growth, innovating, and expanding the school’s capacity to widen access to architecture careers.
Building on LSA’s first decade, you will lead the school into its next evolution, with potential to impact the architectural profession and the wider built environment and construction industries. The merger with UCEM offers opportunities for a multidisciplinary approach to learning, teaching, and research, making this an exciting leadership opportunity.
