We are looking to grow our sales team within Workplace Solutions with an exceptional Head of Sales to lead a team of Solutions Sales Specialists. The Workplace Solutions Sales team enable our customers to identify, implement and adopt the right technology solutions that are designed for their people, while engineered for their business.
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 individuals across a mix of Solutions Sales Specialists and Pre-sales Solution Leads. You will support them to drive campaigns and opportunities into the world’s largest organisations and be an instrumental part in constructing and closing deals. In your position as a sales leader you will lead from the front, spending as much time in front of customers as possible and helping to develop your team into a high performing and effective sales force.
